I think nothing is more important then health. Without health, nothing else is worth having. For example a man with a few million ringgit who suffer from incurable cancer. Even with his vast wealth, he is doomed with a painful and early death. So, what is the use of money if one does not have health?Money can only buy you the best health care possible, but that does not guarentee you long life. Infact, people who have less money have healthier lives then those who have lots of money.

Everyone lives a certain number of years, how many years is unknown. But the life style and habits we form during those years will influence the number of years we live.

Some people are predisposed to certain illnesses and have no choice in the matter. They will live a shorter time, but have a greater impact on society and others.

However, not everyone would agree with the idea of putting children into physical exercises in schools. They believe that students should spend time in schools concentrating on academic study. Which one is the most suitable idea? In order to answer this question, we need to consider both the pros and the cons.

There are some arguments for including physical exercise in schools. To begin with, exercise will promote healthy atmosphere in school. Healthy students will be able to study better and can be fully active in class participation. In addition, daily exercise will helps students deal with overweight problem.
On the other hand, there are several strong arguments against the idea that students should be exercising in schools. First of all, school is a place for learning and preparing students for their future career. Furthermore, exercises can be easily done anywhere, for instance, in parks, fitness centers, gymnasiums, and home even. It is unnecessary to have students exercising in schools.
