In most countries, there is intellectual property legislation that is in line with major international treaties. These characteristics are inherent in Ukraine, whose legislation establishes a two-tier approach to regulating relations in the sphere of intellectual and creative activity, the exercise of which is guaranteed by the Constitution of Ukraine (Article 54).
