Before dinner, lara practises kickboxing. she eats dinner at about half past . Then, she relaxes. She reads a book or watches a dvd . She never goes to bed really late because she`s usually very busy the next day! It ` s not easy being an action hero!

например модальный глагол can в времени будет could.
а вс глаголы один шаг назад do будет did , am is are будет was were. have / has будет had., если did то один шаг назад и будет have/has v-ed ,v 3 form. (present perfect) и так далее. v-verb глагол.
