Употребляется когда действие происходит постоянно, регулярно. Например расписание. Констатация фактов.

Наречия частотности: always, rare, seldom, usually, never, often (они ставятся перед глаголом, но после to be)

Обстоятельства времени: in the morning , in the afternoon, in the evening, at night, at noon.

Строится при добавления окончания s, но только с мест. He/She/It.

При вопросах и отрицаниях - do/does. Do - I/we/you/they. Does - he/she/it

Например:

I/you/we/they read.

He/she/it reads.

I/you/we/they do not(don't) read.

He/she/it does not (doesn't) read.

(При вопросах и отрицаниях окончание -s не добавляется)
