The appearance of the Internet and the incredibly rapid development of highly sophisticated computer and telecommunication technology have made the world a global village in a real sense. 'Communication network satellites provide the quickest and the cheapest data transfer to all parts of the world, a great agreement among thousands of computer systems that communicate with each other is represented by the Internet. Development of information technology and the creation of computer networks and the Internet have enabled a new way of communication. The internet provides a better access to numerous sources of information around the world, as well as direct communication with all users. ‘The Internet is a collection of computer networks around the world and as such is the largest computer system that millions of computer users can use and share all kinds of information: numbers, text, sound and image.

Great importance of the Magellanic Clouds for science is determined by what is closest to us galaxy. Next-door neighbor, system Sculptor is twice as far. In addition, the Magellanic Clouds are galaxies with extremely rich and varied composition of objects. In this relationship they belongs to the palm in the Local system of galaxies. The system in Sculptor is much less interesting galaxy, devoid of stars-supergiants, star clusters, gaseous nebulae and other objects of importance to study the evolution of stars and stellar systems. The closest galaxies that are comparable in wealth composition from the Magellanic Clouds are the Andromeda nebula (NGC 224) and the Triangle nebula (NGC 598). But it is 10 times farther. This means that using the 60-cm telescope the Magellanic Clouds can be studied with the same thoroughness with which studying NGC 224 and NGC 598, using a giant 6-meter telescope. What interesting information could be obtained, pointing to the Magellanic Clouds 6-meter telescope! However, as noted by one observer, "God decided to make a joke, put astronomers in the Northern hemisphere of the Earth, and by placing the Magellanic Clouds in the southern sky".Countries of the Northern hemisphere have long had a 5-meter telescope and the large number of telescopes with a lens diameter of two to three meters. In 1976in the Soviet Union has commissioned a six-meter telescope. In the southern hemisphere until recently, there were only two 180-centimeter telescope. With their help, mostly and watched the Magellanic Clouds. Only recently the southern hemisphere was enriched, finally, the 4 - and 3.7-meter telescopes. Years will pass, decades, before these telescopes will make a significant contribution to the study of the Magellanic Clouds.
