Дворец можно.  Замок.  И пристань.  И храм.
Под  дождь пусть  идут, кому надо идти:
Занятье  могу себе  дома найти.
     Диван  - это горы,  ковер будет - морем.
     А в бухте тогда новый город построим.
     Тут мельница, церковь,  дворец  королей.
     Причалы - для быстрых моих кораблей.
Дворец окружаю высокой стеной.
И башней венчаю ( с диван высотой! )
Еще нужна  лестница, спуском  к судам.  
И гавань – укрытье моим кораблям.
     Вот с  грузом, я вижу, один пристает.
     Я слышу: моряк звонко песню поет!
     А глянь на  ступени -  короли  вносят  дар!
     И я всем в  обмен предложу свой товар.
