и в городе, и в деревне есть свои плюсы и минусы.  

например, в деревне  

плюсы: воздух лучше, чище; меньше транспорта, больше природы; тишина, спокойствие.  

минусы: отдаление от общества, от разнообразной и интересной жизни, которая есть в городе; в маленьких деревнях проблемы с транспортом, сервисом (отсутствие магазина, аптеки) ; все друг друга знают, поэтому отсутствует чувство свободы.  

в городе  

плюсы: большой выбор возможностей в плане карьеры, новых полезных знакомств, личных отношений, сервиса; движение, чувство свободы и независимости.  

минусы: постоянная суета, шум; экология (воздух) хуже, чем в селе.  

вообще в идеале так: лучше жить в городе и периодически выезжать в деревню, чтобы морально отдыхать от повседневных проблем и суеты.
