И где ценится, в большей степени, не вокальное мастерство или виртуозная игра на гитаре, а глубокое понимание песни, чувство слова и чувство меры. Фестиваль традиционно проводится в последний уик-энд марта в стенах Санкт-Петербургского Государственного Политехнического Университета.
