This summer, I flew with my parents to rest in Turkey in the ancient city of Alanya. There I met a lot of foreigners, and they all spoke different and not clear to me languages. We lived in a hotel as a family. It had a cool pool with warm water and a big, winding slide. And next to another very small and shallow, for kids. Everywhere I looked, large palm trees, fancy cacti, banana, watermelon, melon plantations and unfamiliar thorns grew.

I remember the city itself for its ancient walls, narrow winding streets, houses with tiled roofs emphasized the flavor of the old city. And walking along these streets and the waterfront, I imagined that now because of the horizon there will be a ship with real, scary pirates. Who swim here to hide their stolen treasures.

The sun in Turkey is hot, tender, and the Mediterranean sea, salty, blue and immense, and beautiful, big waves roll on its coast. In it, when the heat subsided, I bathed and played a lot.
