Cloning has a lot advantages. Cloning is a great step forward in science, which can be beneficial as it could be used to repopulate endangered animal species such as the giant panda or black rhino. Moreover, Cloning may provide tissues and organs for transplantation and therefore save lives of people who body parts fail to function.

However, it has disadvantages too. Animal and human cloning is expensive and highly inefficient, as more than ninety percent of cloning attempts have failed so far. Secondly, genetically modified creatures normally have poor health and do not live long.
