The skin is our protection against bacteria, it allows us to feel heat, cold and pain. It also helps the muscles, bones and inner skin to recover during sleep, so you need to get enough sleep. Water prevents the skin from drying out. To make the skin look young, it is also important to follow a balanced diet.
Vitamin A helps to restore and maintain skin health. Vitamin A includes carrots, sweet potatoes, lettuce leaves and apricots.
Vitamins C and E protect the skin from sunlight and dirt. Vitamin C is found in kiwis, oranges, and peppers. Vitamin E is found in nuts and olives.
