Mayonnaise - 130 g

Kiwi - 1 PC.

Mandarin - 2 PCs
1 boil the Beets in water with vinegar, cool, peel and grate on a coarse grater.
2 Grapes wash, sort and cut in half.
3 Tangerine peel, divided into slices, slices cut into 2-3 parts.
4 Peach wash, remove the stone and cut into small cubes.
5 Banana peel, cut into slices.
6 Kiwi fruit wash, peel and cut into slices or cubes.
7 Combine all ingredients, season with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
