"My hobby is baking . I collect recipes of delicious pastries from around the world . I have recipes of European , Indian, Japanese , Chinese , Russian , Ukrainian , Asian and American pastries. I love to bake different cakes, pies, scones, muffins and more. I like to cook American pumpkin pie very much. The pumpkin is one of the oldest cultivated plants. In America, it was grown nearly five thousand years ago. So the American pie is baked pumpkin . It is usually cooked on Thanksgiving Day ( the harvest festival that is celebrated in the United States on the fourth Thursday in November)  as well as on  Halloween and Christmas Day. In a correctly prepared pie the filling becomes dense , but without a hard crust."
