In a first picture we can see a man, who is having a lunch. In the second picture we can see two women who are eating and talking.

In both pictures people are eating and probably they are doing this in their free time. But in the first picture the man is alone and in the second picture women keep each other's company. I think it is because the man decided to have a lunch while working and women decided to meet and talk while eating.
