Kazakhstan & the WTO1.As Kazakhstan is not yet a member of the WTO, bilateral or autonomous agreements govern trade in a certain number of key products between the EU and Kazakhstan.2.In November 2011, the EU and Kazakhstan opened the negotiations of a new, enhanced Partnership and Cooperation Agreement replacing the 1999 Partnership and Cooperation Agreement, with the aim to further strengthen the bilateral relations.3.The enhanced agreement, once concluded, will bring about better conditions for the trade and investment relations between the two parties.4.Since the expiry of the EC-Kazakhstan steel agreement at the end of 2006, autonomous measures have based on the bilateral trade in steel.5.Once signed, a new agreement will replace these measures.6.Following the expiry of the EC-Kazakhstan textiles agreement at the end of 2004, the two sides concluded an additional Protocol to the existing Partnership Co-operation Agreement, thus extending its provisions on trade in textiles established in 2006.​

My favourite countrythere are many noteworthy countries in the world and i’d be happy to visit all of them someday. however, my favourite country is russia.the capital of russia is moscow. it is a modern cosmopolitan city with plenty of historical and architectural sights.  one russian symbol is the russian national flag. this flag has three wide stripes. the stripes are white, blue and red. the upper stripe is white, the middle stripe is blue and the red stripe is at the bottom. these colors have always been symbolic in russia: white-noble and sincere, blue-honest and devoted-devoted to friends, family and to the country. the red color has always meant love and bravery.territory is so vast that it borders on 18 countries.  in conclusion, i’d like to say that i’m happy to be living in the biggest country in the world, which boasts wonderful nature and kind-hearted   people. моя любимая страна в мире есть много интересных стран, и я был бы счастлив когда-нибудь посетить их. тем не менее, моя любимая страна россия.    столицей россии является москва. это современный мегаполис с большим количеством и архитектурных достопримечательностей.один символ национального флага. этот флаг имеет три широкие полосы. полосками белого, синего и красного. верхняя полоса-белая, средняя полоса-синяя и красная полоса внизу. эти цвета всегда были символические в россии: белый-благородные и искренние, синий-честный и преданный-преданный друзьям, семье и стране. красный цвет всегда означал любовь и отвагу.    в заключение мне хотелось бы сказать, что я счастлив жить в самой большой стране мира, которая может похвастать прекрасной природой и добросердечными людьми.  как то так надеюсь подходит .
