Life without mass media would be boring. for example, newspapers train us (здесь надо добавить, чему обучают газеты, иначе предложение обрезано). some  interesting articles can be read there from which we can learn a lot of things. on television we can watch a variety of programmes and news. we can learn a lot of new facts about our country and the world history. the purpose of mass media is to report on the world events. through television and radio we can learn about the weather as well as about other news. another purpose of mass media is to entertain the audience. for example, on the internet we can play games, read books and magazines, listen to music and songs. on television we can watch new movies and shows. so, how did we manage to live without mass media?
