Сi have been invited a party on saturday and i don't know what to wear. my friend says that the dress code is smart casual. i could wear the black dress my mom gave me for my birthday but it is very smart. however, everything else i have is too casual. what should i do?

Soon i'll have a birthday, so i'd like to arrange the great birthday party and to invite my friends. they'll give me some presents and certainly i like it.  there are a lot of things i'd like to have. but now i am keen on photography. so the best present for me will be a new camera. it'll give me opportunity to take up  qualitative  photos. there are a lot of models of cameras, but my favorite is canon. i saw it in a shop and  consultant told me   about its advantages. i hope to get new canon, but i think that presents are not  so important, as me friend's attention.
