People have always complained about lack of time. there's a saying that time is money, but time is (more important) than money.if occasionally we spend too much money, we know that we can earn it again, it's a (renewable ) thing. time, however, can never be restored. that's why it's more precious. there are special courses that help (people ) deal with time (efficiently ) . they teach how to set the priorities and how to allocate time for the items in your to-do list. for example, they advise you to write a list of everything you want to do during the week. then you need to (write it down ) , and to rearrange the items starting with the first priority. allocate time from the top of the list to ensure that the most important things are done on time. a friend of (mine ) took a course on time (management ) and found it quite (useful ). i know that a similar course is run every saturday in the business school next to my house. i would like to enrol on the course very much, but cannot find time for it.

                                                            my flat i live in a block of flats. my flat is on the third floor of a nine-storied building, so we have a lift. we have central heating to keep the house warm, electricity and running water. we also have a balcony, where my mother grows flowers in summer and spring.  when you come to the flat, first you see a lounge. there is a large soft carpet in the centre of the room. there we watch tv sitting in comfy chairs, we also have a video recorder and dvd-player. there is a table and several chairs here as well as a sette or sofa. next we go to my parent's bedroom, where you can also see a carpet and tv set. there is a bed and two bedside tables. in my room there is my bed next to the computer and desk.  i think, that our flat is modern and rather comfortable.
