feelings are  different. we  know  how  to  feel  and  to  behave, but  we  don’t  know  exactly  how  to  express  it. that’s  why  it  is  important      the  way  one  treat  himself  sets  the  standard  for  others.respect  is  a  word, which  you  don’t  use  and  don’t  hear  every  day. but  you  know  that  you  have  right  to  be  respected  as  a  personality. and  if  you  treat  yourself  with  respect  the  others  will  treat  you  with  that  same  respect. if  you  have  low  esteem,  you  shouldn’t  expect  others  to  think  highly  of  you. you  can   become  an  even  more  excellent  person  by  constantly  setting  higher  and  higher  standard    for  yourself  and  then  by  doing  everything  possible  to   live  up  to  those  standards. remember,  the way  you  treat  yourself,  makes  treat  you  the  same  way.  love  yourself  first  and  everything  else  falls  into    line. you  really  have  to  love  yourself  to  get  anything  done  in  this  world.plant  your  own  flowers  decorate  your  own  soul,  instead  of  waiting  for  someone  to  bring  you  flowers.

мой день начинается в 7: 00, я делаю все виды процедур, завтракаю и готовлюсь к школе. Я также делаю упражнения. в 8: 00 я выхожу из дома и иду в школу. Мои занятия начинаются в 8: 30. в 15: 00 я заканчиваю уроки и иду домой. после этого я обедаю и очень долго делаю домашнее задание. в оставшееся время (если оно у меня есть) я смотрю телевизор или играю в игры. а потом я ужинаю. потом я нашел себе другое занятие. Я ложусь спать в 23: 00.my day starts at 7: 00, I do all sorts of treatments, have Breakfast and get ready for school. I also do exercises. at 8: 00, I leave the house and go to school. My classes start at 8: 30. at 15: 00 I finish my lessons and go home. after that, I have lunch and do my homework for a very long time. in the remaining time (if I have one) I watch TV or play games. then I have dinner. then I found other things to do. I go to bed at 23: 00.

Back to School/Cнова в школу

In August summer vacation is coming to an end and we are going back to school. I’m a little bit upset that I will have to study instead of spending a lot of time outside in the evenings. The weather is going to be bad, it’s going to be rainy and windy. I feel so sad every time automn comes…На дворе август, и летние каникулы подходят к концу, поэтому скоро снова в школу. Я с легкой грустью думаю об этом, так как знаю, что уже через несколько дней придется опять засесть за учебники, забыв о длинных вечерних прогулках во дворе перед домом. Погода тоже уже в октябре наверняка испортится, начнется сезон дождей и ветров. А с приходом осени всегда так тоскливо на душе…On the other hand I will see my friends back in school. I’m looking forward to seeing my friends and telling them all about my summer vacation, I also want to know everything about their summer.С другой стороны, придя в школу, я смогу вновь увидеться со своими друзьями. Я с нетерпением жду нашей встречи, так как хочу поскорее поделиться с товарищами впечатлениями о летнем отдыхе и узнать о том, как они провели свои каникулы.Very soon we all are going to meet in the classroom and discuss news, show off our new smartphones and tablets, watch videos and laugh a lot. We will quietly talk during lessons and pass notes to each other during the tests. More than that, we are going to eat tasty bakery treats in the cafeteria and play football with Sergey Pavlovich (our PE teacher) at the stadium.Совсем скоро мы опять вместе будем собираться в классе перед занятиями: обсуждать свежие новости, демонстрировать друг другу модные планшеты и смартфоны, смотреть видео на них и смеяться от души. Будем тихонько перешептываться во время уроков, посылать по партам листки с правильным решением задачи на контрольной работе. Кроме этого, будем есть вкусные булочки в школьной столовой и играть в футбол с Сергеем Павловичем (нашим учителем физкультуры) на стадионе.I’m very happy to see this teacher too because Sergey Pavlovich’s classes are very interesting. В результате наша школьная сборная по футболу часто занимает первые места на городских соревнованиях.I do like our chemistry classes as well. We often do experiments with different substances and I love it. Sometimes literature, history, physics, geography classes are interesting too. It depends on the topic and the way the teacher presents it.Нравятся мне и наши школьные уроки химии. На занятиях мы часто проводим эксперименты с различными веществами, и я очень люблю принимать участие в подобных опытах. Интересно мне бывает также и на литературе, истории, физике или географии, ведь все зависит от темы урока и от того, как преподаватель ее преподносит.To tell you the truth, it’s not so boring to learn new things at school but it feels like it’s going to be boring at the end of the summer. When school begins it’s a beginning of a new life and a lot of new events and things are waiting for you.Словом, учиться в школе не так уж и скучно, как это может показаться в последние дни уходящих каникул. С началом занятий для всех учеников начинается новая жизнь, полная интересных событий и ярких впечатлений.
