Почему люди хотят знать о конфликтах ? почему происходят конфликты ? к чему могут различные конфликты ? (1) многие люди вопросы о конфликтах. они хотят знать, почему происходят конфликты в семье. они хотят знать, почему у политических партий и у государств происходят  конфликты. они спрашивают меня, что можно сделать в конфликтной ситуации. (2) конфликты - естественная вещь в нашей жизни. конфликты возникают потому, что люди разные: им нужны разные вещи, у них разные взгляды и разные ценности. часто у людей возникают конфликты, потому что они не могут хорошо слушать друг друга. они думают о том, что сами хотят сказать и не слышат, что собеседник говорит. (3) конфликты могут к драке, плохим отношениям и насилию. если конфликты происходят между партиями или государствами, то они могут к войне. именно поэтому люди должны стараться предотвращать конфликты. (4) но невозможно предотвратить все конфликты. каждый день вы контактируете с людьми, чьи ценности отличаются от ваших. и вы имеете право не соглашаться с их точкой зрения. но вы должны понимать, что другие люди также имеют право отличаться от вас. вы должны уважать право других людей иметь идеи, которые отличаются от ваших идей. люди, которые уважают точку зрения друг друга   могут разрешать конфликты мирным путем. если люди разрешают конфликты мирным путем, то у них  будут   лучше отношения в будущем. именно поэтому, многие люди хотят знать, как разрешать конфликты.
