What do these words "healthy food for students " . personally i think healthy food for any student should consist of at least three meals a day . but the more the better. the first meal is of course breakfast. for me it is porridge with different fruits and a piece of bread made from whole wheat flour and a glass of a fresh juice.the second meal is a snack , i usually have some nuts and protein candy bar . the third one is dinner , it should be complex and nutritional .the fourth one is supper it should be light or sometimes i don't have it at all . i always remember the words of my grandma : " "have breakfast like a king, lunch like a queen and dine like a pauper"
