1. On picture A there are 4 friends playing with snow balls. Behind them there are tall trees. All the friends are wearing hats, jackets, some of them also gloves and scarfs.

On picture B is seen again a winter but this time in the city. It looks like the traffic is bad and the weather feels cold.

2. One of the differences is that even that it's winter, on the picture A the weather looks warmer. Probably because of the mood of the people. Also picture A looks kind of cleaner, with brighter colors. The mood is different as well. On picture A the people are havinf fun but on picture B they are probably nervious from waiting in the traffic.

3. As I mentioned above - it is clearly seen that the people in picture A are having fun and are enjoying themselves. In picture B the people are stuck in their cars, in the bad cold wearher and are definitely not very happy with it.
