madame tussauds  is a wax museum in london with branches in a number of major cities. it was founded by wax sculptor marie tussaud and was formerly known as "madame tussaud's"; the apostrophe is no longer used. madame tussauds is a major tourist attraction in london, displaying waxworks of historical and royal figures, film stars, sports stars and infamous murderers.

the wax figures are standing and sitting, and sometimes even moving and talking. they are extremely realistic and when they look at you, their eyes sparkling, you often feel uncomfortable in their company. computer controlled figures (they are called audioanimatronics) are especially popular with the visitors.

I believe it's stupid for a teenager to identify himself with a particular political party. I realised that a month ago when I had a talk with a schoolmate who wanted to identify me as either a democrat or a communist - a friend or an enemy. I said I was neither but he got annoyed. We couldn't understand each other. Гll be 18 soon and then 'll have to vote for a political party. But I don't feel I'm prepared to make such a choice.
