Нужно походить на массаж верхней спинной части (шея у массажиста разминать холку(этот горбик). заниматься дома разными упражнениями(в интернете их очень много). Чаще выпрямляй спину (как это странно не звучало). Мне тоже 13 и мне Если прям большой горб я не знаю что делать. Возможно стоит обратиться к специальному врачу.
