не совсем понятно   условие     или не дописали ,. что в кг столько то девушка раздала по    одной целой три четвертой килограмм   мандарин

 

потому что решение такое

4* 1 ц 3/4=4*7/4=7 раздала 

 

но мы не знаем сколько мандарин в

4*(7/4)=7 мандаринок, а сколько кг неизвестно, возможно, вопрос заключался в количестве
