Одна сторона - 6 см 3 мм = 63 мм, вторая - 3 см 6 мм = 36 мм, а третья должна быть БОЛЬШЕ, чем у ПРЯМОУГОЛЬНОГО. 
По т. Пифагора это - корень из 63^2+36^2 = 5265 примерно 72 мм.
Итак - третья сторона больше 72 мм.
Вот такое решение.
Для построения лучше использовать ЦИРКУЛЬ.
