Не состоявшийся конфликт исчерпает сам себя или же будет продолжатся в скрытой форме доудобного случая перевести его в открытую. Бывают ситуации, когда конфликты заканчиваются компромиссами, а бывает и полным расколом отношений (возможен в скрытом виде). В любом конфликте, как и в другихформах общения есть границы, которые не желательно переступать такие как переход на личности, открытое оскорбление собеседника.
