Почему с would нельзя употреблять глаголы в present simple

Would глагол; служит для образования будущего в прошедшем времени 

1. i can't afford to buy this jacket. it is too expensive 2. when i met tim today, i didn't recognize it was him 3. i am wearing a skirt today 4. this car has a peculiarty. it is the first car with alarm. 5. in 1963, the presidnt of usa - john f' kennedy was assassinated. 6. i am aware of hurting his feeling, but he deserves it. 7. life in england is full of adventures. 8. he lives in spain 9 tim has just left his house. you still can catch him up 10. i have got some issues with my homework, so i am going to use internet to solve it 11. there was a great musical event yesterday. it was rock festival! 12. cause of huge hole on the middle of that ship, it was sunk 13. if i had taken more petrol with us, we would not have been  lost in  here.

Iwould like to tell you about the special person in my life. it's my mom. her name is   (ім'я) she is (вік). she works (професія). she very nice and attractive woman. she is also very kind and wise and always can give me a good advice. i can tell her all my secrets.  she always manages to do everything: to tidy our house, cook  delicious dinner. and she always has time for talking with me. she is the dearest person in my life. i can't live without her. i miss her very much when i'm alone. she can forgive no matter what. that's why i love her so much. when i grow up i want to be like her.
