школа, наверное, это самое веселое время в моей жизни. когда я ходила в детский сад, то мечтала поскорее пойти в школу. в то время школа для меня была чем-то интересным, загадочным, местом, где дети взрослеют, умеют заводить друзей и преданно дружить. я хотела пойти в школу, поэтому я волновалась в первый день. я встала рано утром, чтобы успеть одеться. мама завязала на моих еще тоненьких волосах два больших белых банта, приготовила букет из астр для моей первой учительницы. я была еще совсем стеснительной девочкой и всего боялась, поэтому в школу моя мама. с порога школы меня встретила моя первая учительница, как же я ей за все , она встретила меня с улыбкой, я до сих пор помню ту улыбку и ее добрые глаза. она меня в класс, где уже были другие дети: мальчики в рубашках и девочки с большими белыми бантами. все шумели, смеялись, все были радостными в этот первый день новой жизни, которую я никогда не забуду. нас, первоклассников, таких красивых и скромных, встретила школа аплодисментами, мы шли навстречу новой жизни. теперь уже мы знали, точно – нас ждали в школе. первый день в школе закончился, как мне казалось, быстро, но запомнился на всю жизнь. это был самый волнительный день в моей жизни, день, с которого была начата совсем другая жизнь – веселая, немного сложная, и интересная. здесь, в школе, я узнала: какой преданной бывает дружба и каким дружным может быть класс. самым важным человеком в моей школьной жизни всегда была первая учительница, которая открыла мне все тайны школьной жизни, научила всему, что умела сама, , когда было трудно, давала новые знания. она встретила меня в первое школьное утро, и она же провожала всех нас, своих учеников, когда мы окончили младшую школу.
Nowadays many people say that they are tired of their hectic lifestyle. they work too much and stop taking breaks. they forget about everything striving for their goals and they constantly raise the bar. very often they don't find personal satisfaction in their work and don't love what they do. they have no sense of personal accomplishment and self-satisfaction. some people don't feel content even when they achieve their goal. one the contrary, they feel disillusioned and dissatisfied. having climbed the ladder of success they find nothing worthwhile on the top. constant fatigue, physical and moral exhaustion, monotony and impossible pressure at work and at home can cause stress. stress is the emotional and physical strain caused by people's response to pressure from the outside world. stress causes tension, irritability, anxiety, alarm, loss of concentration, sensations of fear and panic as well as headaches and a fast heartbeat. it can result in a real breakdown of health. stress can even cause heart disease and cancer.
