Water is very important part of our life. We all can`t live for more than a few days without water.
If to talk about usefull things is water , on the frirht step is that woter helps blood to carry oxygen around body. Secondly, this thing helps body to figh aggainst diseases. Dont forget , that normal portion of water on day is about - 6-7 glasses. Very important drink large amount of water when the outside is hot or when you do exercise.
