Iregularly do some exercises to improve my figure and to be in a good form. it   requires my  will and  endurance. but the result is worth it !   i start my training session with a warm-up and don't forget about  a    stretch  at the end.   these simple things  help me develop my  muscles  and be healthy. i always try not to overeat and i always try to eat healthy food. one more thing that is very important, to my mind, is sleeping enough. i am used to sleep not less than 7 or 8 hours. so, in my opinion,   if you have enough sleeping, proper eating and regular physical exercises,  you become energetic and keep your body fit and feel fine and happy!
