freshly ground black pepper,salt-to taste (I like salty dolma)
garlic-4-6 cloves
and that's it.Sour cream, mayonnaise or natural yogurt (gatyg) is recommended on the surface of the dolma
all the ingredients are mixed in a bowl and all this is carefully wrapped in grape leaves according to the rule you can't imagine the taste of dolma, Dolma is just an amazing delicious dish!
