Dancing is my favourite kind of sports. Most people perhaps would say that dancing isn't a kind of sports at all, but I would disagree. Dancing is an art just the way it is a sport. One needs to be in a good health to be able to dance. It is not only the way to show the physical state, but it is also a way to express your feelings. The ballroom dancing attracts me most of all. It's gracious and beautiful, which enchants me.
The age of the dancer means nothing, the main point is to enjoy what you're doing and to dance with your soul.
