I have a very large and close-knit family – mom, dad, and grandparents. In our family, for all the time there are a lot of traditions, which help us to become more United and happier. One such tradition is dinner together on Saturdays, at which the whole-our whole family in full. This dinner always receives a table in the center of the kitchen, around which we all sit down, eat delicious homemade food, which we prepare with my mother and share everything that happened to each of us during this time. This is a very warm family moments when everyone can share their problems and to hear words of support, but if someone has done something good, the whole family will rejoice with him. Another tradition of the family is a joint celebration of the New year. On this day we also get together at one table. Each of us gives each other good gifts, wish each other happiness, health and luck and of course, at exactly 12 midnight make a wish under the chiming clock. This moment I always feel especially magical. And other holidays we do not leave without attention, because each of them is an extra reason to congratulate the household, tell them words of love, to pay attention. Another tradition of our family is a trip to me, mom and dad on a summer sea. For me it is the happiest time. After the sea I can not only swim, ride the banana boat, relax under the sun and with parents to build sand castles, and to admire with them the beautiful sunsets and sunrises, walk on the Crimean mountains and just talk about everything. But if it turns out that at sea we don't get that in the summer we always go to the beach and picnics, to which we invite all our friends. And then certainly no one is bored, and the day is filled with joy, laughter and fun! But the most important tradition in my family to be together, any difficulty to meet together, always hold hands with each other and in case of quarrel, to go to put up as soon as possible.

Russia is a unique country, which preserves the national traditions, rooted not only in the Christian religion, but also in paganism. Easter is the resurrection of Christ. The main tradition of Easter is painting boiled eggs. The prevalent color is red because it signifies a new life. The eggs and warm wishes are exchanged by Russian at Easter.

Christmas is a celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ, which is celebrated on January 7. People usually clean their homes before Christmas. Festive table for Christmas are prepared is a few days with a turkey, stuffed with pork, cakes, pastries and sweets for children.

There are various of interesting family traditions. For example, when a child is born, the father has to plant a tree and wish for a child to grow up strong and healthy.
