From which grows the love for the Motherland? To answer this question we have to ask ourselves "why do we love our Motherland".

I love their Home for its beautiful nature. I don't expect there will be some country that has so many beautiful places on earth. Do we have any ancient architectural structures. But a shame they are becoming less and less.I like their Homeland for the fact that I have it.

Now we can answer the question of which grows the love for the Motherland. Love grows out of childhood, of memories, of time spent in special places of our country(in the village). We begin to spoint and want back Home when we are far from it. Love your Home!

My favourite food is pizza. I enjoy takeaway pizza because it's convenient and cooked by professionals but I also love making pizza myself. There is nothing better than a classic Italian tomato and mozzarella pizza.
I make pizza dough by mixing together yeast, a bit of sugar and salt with warm water. I let the mixture sit for a few minutes before adding bread flour and olive oil to it. I first combine the mixture with a wooden spoon and once a dough starts to form I work the rest together with hands. I knead the dough for 10 minute until smooth and then place it into a warm place for an hour to proof. When the dough is risen, I take it out of the bowl and knead it again for a few minute and then leave it for a second proof for half an hour. 
When the dough is ready to be used I place it onto a floured work surface and roll it out with a rolling pin. I place this pizza base onto a preheated pizza tray then spread some olive oil and tomato paste over the pizza base. I then sprinkle some Italian seasoning and granulated garlic over the base, place sliced tomatoes, sliced mozzarella and basil leaves on top and put it into a  preheated grill for 15 minutes. 
When the pizza comes out of the grill it smells and looks fantastic. Nothing can beat a family dinner with home-made pizza. Delicious home-made pizza makes everyone smile. I wish I could eat it every day!

Julia: OK. Thanks... This is one's nice. And it's in the sale! Have you got it in black?
Shop assistant: Yes, what size are you?
Julia: It isn't for me. It's a present for my brother. He's a medium, I think.
Shop assistant: Here you are. Could you come over to the  till, pleace? That's 25$.
Julia: Can I brink it back if it doesn't fit?
Shop assistant: Sure, just keep the receipt.
