My name is Alexander. I’m at 7th grade. There is a subject in our school, where we study Russian culture and way of life. We have been told about Russian cuisine and national dishes recently. Firstly Russian cuisine is famous for its first courses – different soups. It turns out that cabbage soup is Russian national soup. The soups are served with baked goods – rasstegais. Russian cuisine is also famous for pancakes, rolls and patties with different fillings. Secondly mushroom dishes have a special place in Russian cuisine. There is a tradition to boil, dry, pickle and even marinate the mushrooms. Since long ago there is a tradition to boil the kvass and now it’s considered a national beverage of Russian cuisine. Compotes, kissels and fruit drinks are also well-known among beverages. In Russian cuisine jam and honey are served for dessert. Oven baked apples are the best dessert. Thirdly Russian porridges are the most delicious and healthy. Every day before going to school I eat porridge. My grandmother says that porridge gives strength that’s why Russian men are so strong. I’m very glad that my homeland is famous for such delicious dishes.

Computer addiction is irresistible, obsessive desire to use the computer. A child in a timely manner can not move away from the computer. Computer addiction is most often combined with Internet addiction and gambling. This is explained by the fact that the child is using a computer to communicate, to games, to surf the web to search for information on the Internet, for watching cartoons or films, listening to the record, and so on.                                                  The causes of computer addiction. 

Computer addiction can develop if the child is not socially adapted, he has  some complexes, when he is very shy, or he's not able to properly communicate with his peers, and so on. The child may over-fond of computer games, which eventually turns into a gambling addiction. The child may also become addicted to the computer in the event that it is not enough to communicate with friends, relatives, parents.

Компьютерная зависимость - это непреодолимое, навязчивое желание пользоваться компьютером. Ребенок своевременно не может отойти от компьютера. Компьютерная зависимость чаще всего сочетается с интернет-зависимостью и азартными играми. Это объясняется тем, что ребенок использует компьютер и для общения, для игр, для серфинга в интернете, для поиска информации в Интернете, для просмотра мультфильмов или фильмов, прослушивания записей и так далее.                                                  Причины возникновения компьютерной зависимости. 

Компьютерная зависимость может развиться, если ребенок социально не адаптирован, у него есть какие-то комплексы, когда он очень застенчив, или он не умеет правильно общаться со сверстниками, и так далее. Ребенок может чрезмерно увлекаться компьютерными играми, что со временем превращается в азартную зависимость. Ребенок также может пристраститься к компьютеру в том случае, если ему не хватает общения с друзьями, родственниками, родителями.

Nowdays the computer game addiction is one of the main problems in the world.
I'd like to tell you my thoughts about it.
To my mind, the computer games isn't so dangerous than it really is.But if you play in it all day and all night, it can hurt you. Your brain is on overload, so it can break down and you get an insult. But if you respected the measure, you would skip doing that. The psyhologists mean that computer game can have a lasting negative psychological effect on the children's mind. I think its true, because there are a lot of games where promoted violence, debauchery and lust.
To sum up, the games can harm children's brains, but only on the condition that the parents aren't control it process.
