If you want to stay fit, you have to know what food you are eating, and how should you exercise. Lets start off with a balanced diet. You have to stop eating junk and oily foods, such as, chips, fastfoods ,and ,ect. But you should not be keen on loosing your weight, you should normally eat 3 times a day. By balanced diet i mean eating the same amount of food but what is healthier. For example instead of friend potatoes you may eat rice, which is more nourishingly and healthy. You should not forget about fruits and vegetables wich contain a lot of vitamins, but, do not eat a lot of fruits too. Especially before you are going to sleep. They contain a lot of glucose with is also not very healthy. Next step is exercising. To have a slim body you should just eat correctly, but, also exercise. You dont have to get a gym appointment or special equipment. You can find online videos on youtube and practise at home. Last step is water. You have to drink around 1.5 to 2 liters of water a day. But, you should be carefull, you shouldnt force yourself to drink, drink as much as you want and ,as much as your body requiers.
