I think that all these can really help construct good relationship between parents and children.

First of all you need to clean up your working zone.  Because a clean desk, a clean mind. 

Also, you should put the phone aside or turn on the option "do not disturb", so nothing and no one can't distract you.

I often neglected this point and could not concentrate.

Secondly, you must understand which form of education is closer to you. 

In what time of a day are you most productive.

For example, I am most productive from 10 pm to midnight or even later.  For the all my life, I can't bring myself to do smth in the morning or afternoon.

There are actually many techniques that can help you.  Hohestly, they're don't really help me, due to the fact that I do not like any restrictions.

I like flexible working hours.  But maybe, for someone it will be useful.

For example, the 25/5 system, when you spend 25 minutes by workinf and five at resting.

Or the 20 second rule when you try to Make yourself reading.

You need to set goals, because a thought in your head is just a dream, until you write it down and make points to achieve it.

Look for motivation to study.  Because without it it will be very difficult for you.

If your goal is to learn a new language, make a list of why you need it.  Perhaps you want to travel, get acquainted with the culture or move to this country.

Don't forget about practice.  And regular repetition of what was learned.  Because of the daily flow of information from social networks, school, TV, friends, parents, etc., we tend to forget what we've already learn.
