При  употреблении First Conditional мы используем две похожие конструкции:

         Пример: If it rains tommorow , we will stay home.

    Пример: We will stay home, If it rains tommorow.

1. You won't / will not make new friends if you don't speak to new people.

2. If Adam studies in London, he will imrove his English.
