Как поясняют специалисты, употребление напитков из алюминиевых банок может привести к развитию сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, а также к проблемам с зубами.

Причина в том, что при производстве жестянок часто используются защитные материалы с содержанием бисфенола А. Это вещество накапливается в организме человека и отравляет его.

К такому выводу пришли специалисты из Гарвардского университета в результате эксперимента.

В течение 5 дней участники опыта употребляли еду и напитки из жестяной тары. После этого ученые замеряли уровень бисфенола А в их организме. Показатели были намного выше нормы.

При этом, согласно докладу Пермского национального исследовательского политехнического университета, наиболее опасно хранение в металле алкогольных напитков, но даже простая вода спустя год хранения вступает в химическую реакцию.
