Food. Nutrition is an integral part of our daily lives. A famous English proverb says, "We are what we eat", and it's true. I usually eat twice a day: in the morning and evening. But not everyone gets to eat them all year round. To this there are a lot of different reasons. As for me, I love salads, but I do not like meat. Also I very much love sweets and fast food. I love this book for all of this. I have already read it a few times. And I know that I will definitely read it once again.
