Она была хорошенькой,с каштановыми волосами и прекрасными зубами. Однажды,после того как я какое-то время экономил карманные деньги,я пригласил Люси пойти со мной в варьете. У меня было всего 70 центов,но я потратил их все: два билета в театр (50 центов) и 4 билета на трамвай (20 центов). На дворе был январь,в тот день выпал снег,поэтому мы воспользовались трамваем. Когда мы добрались до Таймс-Сквер,Люси выглядела обворожительно,а я симпатично.
