1. Yes, I know but a little bit. Fruits and vegetables contain vitamins. There are proteins in the meat. Adults and children know this from doctors, television and books.

2. I eat both healthy and junk food. 50/50 of 100%. I try to keep track of my diet, but I don't always succeed

3. I eat fast food at meetings with friends or at the movies. Or if there is an opportunity to have a tasty snack.
