Sportспортneedless to say that sport plays an important role in our life. it gives us much pleasure and many moments of joy. there are a lot of kinds of sports such as swimming, wrestling, cycling, box, football, hockey, track and field athletics. all of them are useful and exciting and help us to keep feet.as for me i am fond of jogging and figure skating. i was going in for figure skating when i was a child and achieved good results. this is very elegant sport. you should control your body very well, if you wish to skate gracefully. and you should apply great efforts at every coaching. now every winter if i have spare time, i go to the nearest skating-rink with my friends and we have much pleasure, skating together. i don’t forget to watch figure skating championships, where our best sportsmen and sportswomen perform. their compulsory and free programmes are beyond description and one can’t help admiring them.in spring and summer i prefer to go in for jogging. this is very popular sport, very useful for your health. you slowly run and enjoy the beauty of nature around. millions of people all over the world are fond of jogging as it helps to keep your heart healthy and your figure – slim.speaking about sports i can’t help saying about football, because this is very spectacular kind of sports. there are a lot football teams, football events, fan clubs in almost every country of the world. some football players are world-famous, they make excellent careers and take part in each championship. football matches attract a lot of spectators, who come to support their favourites.as for me, i am a football fan of italian team “roma” and my favourite player is francesco totti. i remember having been taken to the match between “roma” and their competitors. the stands were full of spectators. they shouted to cheer the teams and swung the flags… the match started and 10 minutes later i saw a ball, flying from totti into the goal. i was very happy! i was sure that my favourite team could be only the winner! the match was very exciting and the players were determined only to win. they did their best and wont the game with a score 3 to 2. i was very proud of their victory. no doubt, “roma” is one of the best teams in the world! thus we see how many different kinds of sports exist and can please us. i think it necessary that everybody should go in for sports! нет нужды говорить о том, что спорт играет важную роль в нашей жизни. он приносит нам много удовольствия и много радостных моментов. существует много видов спорта, таких как: плавание, борьба, велоспорт, бокс, футбол, хоккей, легкая атлетика. все они полезны и захватывающи и нам поддерживать форму.что касается меня, я увлекаюсь бегом трусцой и фигурным катанием. я занималась фигурным катанием, когда была ребенком, и достигла хороших результатов. это изящный вид спорта. вы должны хорошо владеть своим телом, если хотите красиво кататься. и должны прикладывать массу усилий на каждой тренировке. сейчас (т.е. в настоящее время), если у меня есть свободное время, я иду на ближайший каток с моими друзьями, и мы получаем большое удовольствие, катаясь вместе. я не забываю смотреть чемпионаты по фигурному катанию, где выступают наши лучшие спортсмены и спортсменки. их обязательные и свободные программы выше всяких похвал и никто не может не восхищаться ими.весной и осенью я предпочитаю бегать трусцой. это популярный вид спорта, полезный для здоровья. вы медленно бежите и наслаждаетесь красотой природы вокруг. миллионы людей по всему миру увлекаются бегом трусцой, так как он сохранять ваше сердце здоровым, а вашу фигуру – стройной.говоря о видах спорта, я не могу не сказать о футболе, так как это зрелищный вид спорта. существует множество футбольных команд, футбольных мероприятий, клубов болельщиков почти в каждой стране мира. некоторые игроки имеют мировую известность; они делают великолепную карьеру и принимают участие в каждом чемпионате. футбольные матчи привлекают массу зрителей, которые приходят поддержать своих любимцев.что касается меня, я - футбольный болельщик итальянской команды “рома” (досл. c итал. – “рим” а мой любимый игрок – франческо тотти. я помню, как меня взяли на матч между “рома” их соперниками. трибуны были полны зрителей. они кричали, чтобы подбодрить свои команды, и размахивали флагами… матч начался, и 10 минут спустя я увидела, как мяч летит от тотти в ворота. я была счастлива! я была уверена, что моя любимая команда может быть только чемпионом! матч был захватывающим, и игроки были нацелены на победу. они приложили максимум усилий и выиграли матч со счетом 3: 2. я гордилась их победой. нет сомнения, “рома” – одна из лучших команд в мире! итак, мы видим, как много разных видов спорта существует, и какое удовольствие они могут нам доставить. я считаю необходимым, чтобы каждый занимался спортом!
