and how to improve self-esteem? here are some helpful tips:

don't compare yourself with other people. there have always been and there will be people who can do something better than you, have something more than you do. being engaged in comparisons, you will always have many rivals whom it is useless to deal with.

and last but not the least is that you live only once and must live as you wish. don't be influenced by others. live your life, don't always rely on the approval of friends or relatives to take a decision. it does not improve self-esteem.
