Различия между напильником и надфилем

Напильник и надфиль — одно и то же. Напильниками называются шлифовальные при при которых подгоняются детали для достижения точности формы и размеров. Надфиль — вид напильника. От других разновидностей он отличается рядом особенностей. Первое отличие – размер. Надфиль называется мини-напильником. На рабочих гранях и углах двойная, частая и мелкая насечка. Угол первой составляет 25, второй – 45. Поэтому он подходит для деликатной работы по шлифованию в сложнодоступных местах и рельефах деревянных поделок.

Камень, стекло и металлические сплавы рекомендуется обрабатывать мини-напильниками с алмазным напылением мелкой зернистости. Оно обеспечит выравнивание до нужной степени. Надфилем выполняется шлифование с целью придания ровной гладкости.
