most of all I value the responsibility, honesty and sense of humor. Of course, such characters as kindness, openness, courage and sociability, will not hurt anyone, but for me the first three are the most important.
Responsibility is a useful personal and professional quality. It's nice when person is not late for a meeting, makes promises come real, and takes seriously the cases for which he undertakes. A sense of humor is a pleasant addition to two previous qualities. It's fun to spend time with those who joke and laugh. Nobody likes gloomy and angry people. And those who remain optimistic even in difficult situations attract people.
